Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?

Everyone stop what you’re doing! I don’t care if you’re volunteering at a food bank like Gleaners, or painting walls for Habitat for Humanity. Anthony Morrow over at the Majestic is having trouble furnishing the new Magic Stick Lounge:
"Anyone out there have a cool/retro/vintage leather sofa they want to donate/cheaply sell/trade for tickets and help us furnish the new Magic Stick Lounge space? Hit me up: anthony@majesticdetroit.com"

Selling Miller High Life at a 300% mark-up just isn’t what is used to be. If we all band together, we can help a large multi-faceted entertainment complex make another in a long series of alterations. If we don't help a privately owned business cut costs, who will?

  1. Damn, they already went back and deleted that post. Next time I'll know to use a screen-capture program to record the evidence, so that it can't be denied later.
